Province Governor- Tony Cowan Alumnus of Lambda Omicron chapter- University of West Alabama
Tony was initiated on November 9, 1992 into the Lambda Omicron chapter at Livingston University (University of West Alabama). Over his collegiate career he served as President, Vice-President, FEO/Warden, and Alumni Secretary. In 1994, he transferred to the University of South Alabama where he led the efforts to re-activate the Epsilon Delta chapter. He graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor's of Science in Cardiorespiratory Care. He currently is the Assistant Director of Clinical Research for Pulmonary Associates of Mobile. He is the husband to Michelle and the father to Paul and Jude.Tony was appointed as Province Governor of Province 34 on September 11, 2002.

Assistant Collegiate Province Representative I- Evan Martin
Omicron Delta Chapter- Alabama A & M University
Evan Martin was born June 20, 1990 and raised in the small town of Childersburg Alabama. His interest in music started at the young age of 9. He began playing the piano and from there, branched off into other instruments. He joined his high schools band in the 7th grade where he played alto saxophone and the tuba. He received a scholarship to march for the Marron and White Band at Alabama A&M University. He remains there where he majors in music education with his principal instrument being the tuba. After graduating, he plans to continue his education and aspires to receive his Masters degree in tuba performance.

Assistant Collegiate Province Representative II- Zack Davis
Epsilon Nu Chapter- Jacksonville State University
Zack Davis was initiated into the Epsilon Nu Chapter at Jacksonville.State University in the Spring of 2010. He is a senior Music Education Major and plays Horn. He marched with Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Bugle Corps in 2011 where he traveled and Advanced Music in America. He has served as Assistant FEO in Spring 2011 and FEO in 2011-2012 and is again the current FEO for the 2012 and 2013 school year.

Province Music Coordinator- Michael Devery Epsilon Delta Chapter- University of South Alabama University
Michael was initiated into the Epsilon Delta chapter at the University of South Alabama on November 29, 2009. He has served as the chapter’s Warden and Music Director. During his time at South Alabama he has participated in many ensembles, including the Jaguar Marching Band, where he was a student leader and section leader, the Symphony Band, Jazz Ensemble, and various Brass Ensembles, as well as the University Concert Choir, the University Chorale, and the Musical Theatre and Opera Workshop. With the Musical Theatre and Opera Workshop he has performed as Pish-Tush in Gilbert and Sullivan’s and as The Doctor and Lawyer in Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi. Michael has also been an active member of the Mobile Opera Chorus, performing in many productions including Carlisle Floyd’s Susannah, Wagner’s Der fliegende Holländer (The Flying Dutchman), and Puccini’s Tosca and Turandot. His major is in Music Education with a dual concentration in Instrumental and Vocal studies. Michael studies trombone with Dr. Greg Gruner and voice with Ms. Linda Zoghby.
